- A permanent full-time Neonatologist position in Henderson, NV, providing high-quality care in both Level II and Level III NICUs.
- The role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for teaching and quality improvement.
- Physicians will work with advanced neonatal technologies and collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists.
Job Responsibilities
Manage average daily census of 22 in the Level III NICU and 3 in the Level II NICU.
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies, including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and iNO.
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists.
Lead teaching initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
Active Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain.
Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred.
Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates.
Visa candidates not accepted.
Working Hours
Rotating weekends included in schedule.
