Location: Albany/Troy, NY – Office & Hospital Setting
Start Date: Before November 14, 2025

Practice & Schedule

• Setting: Office practice with rotating hospital call

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Call Ratio: 1:3

• Average Patients/Day: ~10–15 (varies by visit type & call volume)

• Physicians in Practice: 3

• Supervision: No supervision of other providers

• Onsite Resources: Lab and Ultrasound

• Nursery Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Reason for Recruitment: Provider resignation

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine – Required

• Fellowship training in MFM – Required

• Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain) – Required

• BLS & ACLS – Required

• DEA Registration – Required
