What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists and specialists to deliver comprehensive care
- Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Work alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology teams for complex cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Engage in family-centered care within a single-family room NICU environment
- Ensure smooth coordination for neonatal transport and emergency transfers
What You Need
- Valid license to practice medicine in Virginia or ability to obtain one
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care
