What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists and specialists to deliver comprehensive care
  • Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
  • Work alongside on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology teams for complex cases
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
  • Engage in family-centered care within a single-family room NICU environment
  • Ensure smooth coordination for neonatal transport and emergency transfers

What You Need

  • Valid license to practice medicine in Virginia or ability to obtain one
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care
