Job description Permanent Neonatologist Position – Lone Tree, Colorado Setting: Level II & III NICU | Status: Full-Time | Relocation: Required if not local Visa & Locums: Not accepted Key Facility Details
  • 26-bed Level III NICU (Avg. Daily Census: 22)
  • 6-bed Level II NICU (Avg. Daily Census: 3)
  • More Intimate NICU Setting
  • Advanced Therapies:
    • Body cooling
    • Jet ventilation
    • Oscillators
    • Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
  • Collaborative Team Environment
    • Pediatric surgery
    • Maternal-fetal medicine
    • OB hospitalists
Role Expectations
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care in both Level II & III NICUs
  • Lead/participate in teaching and quality improvement projects
  • Engage in flexible scheduling promoting work-life balance
  • Participate in team-oriented, supportive care model
Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatologist
  • Locums & Visa Candidates: Not accepted
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside locally (or relocate)
