Join a well-established, collaborative neonatology team at a leading Level III NICU with a 30-bed unit and an average daily census of 17. Provide advanced neonatal care in a regional perinatal center supporting over 4,000 deliveries and 400 NICU admissions annually. Engage in teaching opportunities and enjoy a high quality of life in a vibrant community near Princeton, NYC, and Philadelphia.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse patient load in a 30-bed NICU with an average daily census of 17
• Participate in a mixed schedule of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts
• Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to teaching medical students, Family Medicine residents, and OB/GYN residents (starting 2025)
• Support regional perinatal care and coordinate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams
Qualifications
• NJ Medical License or willingness to obtain (required)
• DEA & CSR/CDS certifications (must be obtained prior to start)
• Neonatology fellowship completion
• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
• Experience in neonatology practice
• Willingness to relocate or live locally
