Join a well-established, collaborative neonatology team at a leading Level III NICU with a 30-bed unit and an average daily census of 17. Provide advanced neonatal care in a regional perinatal center supporting over 4,000 deliveries and 400 NICU admissions annually. Engage in teaching opportunities and enjoy a high quality of life in a vibrant community near Princeton, NYC, and Philadelphia.
Job Responsibilities
โข Manage a diverse patient load in a 30-bed NICU with an average daily census of 17
โข Participate in a mixed schedule of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts
โข Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
โข Contribute to teaching medical students, Family Medicine residents, and OB/GYN residents (starting 2025)
โข Support regional perinatal care and coordinate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams
Qualifications
โข NJ Medical License or willingness to obtain (required)
โข DEA & CSR/CDS certifications (must be obtained prior to start)
โข Neonatology fellowship completion
โข Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
โข Experience in neonatology practice
โข Willingness to relocate or live locally
