🏥 Setting: Hospital-based | Level III NICU + Newborn Nursery
🕒 Schedule: 24/7 in-house coverage + day rounding

🔍 Role Overview:

Join a collaborative team where pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists work together to deliver family-centered, high-quality care:

• Manage care for newborns in a Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery

• Team of 4 neonatologists providing round-the-clock in-house coverage

• Participate in day rounding and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

• Opportunity to engage in clinical research and share best practices with a large national network of NICU professionals

• Open to experienced neonatologists and newly graduated fellows

📌 Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of residency) – Required

• Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine – Must be completed prior to start

• Wisconsin medical license or willing to obtain – Required

• DEA – Must be secured before start date

• Locum and visa candidates are not accepted
