Neonatologist – Level III NICU
Torrance, California | Permanent, Full-Time | No Locums or Visa Candidates
Position Highlights:
Join a well-established 32-bed Level III NICU located in the scenic South Bay region of Los Angeles County. This position offers a supportive, team-based environment, excellent subspecialty collaboration, and a focus on work/life balance.
Clinical Details:
- NICU Level: Level III
- Bed Count: 32 beds
- Average Daily Census: ~12
- Setting: Community hospital; CCS-designated facility
- Subspecialty Support: Pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, ENT
- Responsibilities:
- Provide NICU care & newborn service
- Collaborate on complex neonatal cases
- Engage in family communication and support
- Participate in quality initiatives (e.g., CPQCC)
- Maintain standards with hospital leadership
- Schedule: Designed to support work/life balance
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Torrance area
- Not accepting locums
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Salary: Competitive; based on experience (to be discussed during interview)
