🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Manage newborns in a Level II NICU

• Attend high-risk deliveries and C-sections

• Round daily in the NICU and well-baby nursery

• Provide overnight home call (with back-up)

• Collaborate with experienced nursing and allied staff

• Participate in newborn resuscitation and stabilization

• Engage in quality improvement and care coordination

✅ Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

• Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (completed prior to start)

• Active GA medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in Level II NICU care

• Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based medicine
