Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician – Full-Time
Grand Rapids & Muskegon, Michigan
Regional Consultative MFM Practice | Strong Team Support | Light Call

Position Summary:
A leading health system in West Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join its expanding regional team. This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily in Grand Rapids, with periodic coverage in Muskegon. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering advanced, compassionate care to high-risk obstetric patients in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative care to patients with high-risk pregnancies

  • Collaborate with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary care teams

  • Participate in education and mentorship for residents and medical students

  • Share call with Medical Director (primarily phone-based)

  • Utilize dedicated support staff, including MA and sonographer

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
    (If BE, must achieve BC within 2 years of eligibility)

  • Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS (or willingness to obtain)

  • Clean malpractice record preferred

  • Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 not accepted)
