We’re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team delivering top-tier care across four leading hospitals in the region.

🩺 Position Overview:

• Full-time, permanent role in Las Vegas, NV

• 7.5 shifts/month (2160 hours annually), 24-hour in-house shifts

• Rotate among 4 state-of-the-art NICU locations (all Level III)

  • Hospital 1 – 52-bed NICU

  • Hospital 2 – 28-bed NICU

  • Hospital 3 – 28-bed NICU

  • Hospital 4 – 32-bed NICU

• Provide comprehensive care with iNO, HFOV, jet ventilation, total body cooling

• Full pediatric subspecialty support (excluding open-heart surgery)

• Active transport program, CQI, and clinical research involvement

• NNP support at all sites

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward certification) – Required

• Nevada medical license or ability to obtain – Required

• Clean malpractice and licensure history – Highly Preferred

• Open to new grads through 2025 and experienced providers

• Not accepting visa candidates or locum providers
