Your Responsibilities:

  • Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the NICU, ensuring top-quality patient care.

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, including ventilator and nutrition management, lab reviews, and family meetings.

  • Coordinate and manage patient transports for appropriate gestational ages within our Level 3 NICU.
