Responsibilities: Lead the neonatology unit, oversee clinical operations, collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, and ensure high-quality care for neonates.

Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists
Days Per Month: 15 (for full-time status)
On-Call/Weekends: On-call and weekend schedules to be discussed at interview
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary + Medical Director stipend = $350K/year for a candidate with 10 years of experience (to be discussed further at interview)
