**Locums Neonatologist Opening in Sylva, NC**
**Position Details**
- Coverage dates: May 16 - May 20
- Department Pediatrics - NICU
- Reason for Coverage: Provider PTO
- Practice Setting: In-Patient
- Level 2 nursery
- Are Temp Privileges Available Yes
- Coverage Type: IP rounding and Call only
- How many Patients will Locum see per day: Depends on labor/delivery-average 3 newborns-possible 3 inpatients at this point. Cn be up to 6
- Is there rounding? Yes
- Avg patients they round on? all newborns/NICU
- How many calls do they get while on call? Up to 7
- How many hours does it take to Round? 2-4
- How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? 2-4
- EMR system in clinic and Hospital: Paragon
- Is there support staff? Hospital staff and Market Director, Manager and Practice Manager will be available
- What type of Surgeries or Procedures: none
- Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support
