Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka is looking for a full time locum Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to start early May.

Clinic coverage M-Th 7:30-5:00 & Closed Fri- Weeknight call and weekend call required
Reason for Coverage: Provider leaving
Coverage needing starting 5/3/2024
Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 24

Describe Office Equipment: #2 GE Voluson E10 & #1 GE Voluson E8/Twin NST Machine
Describe Support Staff: 1 Receptionist/1 RN/ 2FT Sonographers/ 1 PT Sonographer/ 1 Genetics
What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 40
What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 30
What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 30

Trauma Level/Designation: None@ SJRMC/ Beacon Level II
Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): AOBOG
Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship required
Certification Requirement : BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
List any Special Certification Requirements for Ultrasound or Imaging: AIUM, NT, Our office also performs Fetal Echocardiograms

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified
  • Epic knowledge- preferred
  • Active IN license - highly preferred
  • BLS, PALS
  • Clean background - preferred
  • Local providers within driving distance - Highly Preferred
