* Hospital Employed_x000D_
* Schedule - 7 on/7 off, 24-hour shifts._x000D_
* Physician is generally available on site during normal daytime hours, and available from home the remainder of the shift._x000D_
* Join one other Neonatologist and a crew of NNPs. _x000D_
* PRN Neonatologists are available when needed. _x000D_
* We have a 24/7 Ob/Gyn Laborist program in place; one Maternal Fetal Medicine physician on staff; and one Pediatric Hospitalist on during the day._x000D_
* The average census is ten; up from three a year ago. _x000D_
* Average births per year are 2,000, and continued growth is expected. _x000D_
* We have a Level III NICU with 12 private beds. _x000D_
* The unit is pro-breast feeding, baby friendly. _x000D_
* Our philosophy is a hands-off approach, intervention only when necessary._x000D_
* Opportunities for teaching exist with our FM residents and other staff._x000D_

Familiarity with oscillator, nitric oxide, intubation, chest tube placements, lumbar puncture, ventilation management, invasive (ETT), non-invasive (BiPap/CPAP), exchange transfusions, paracentesis, and thoracentesis is preferred._x000D_
