Neonatologist - Physician - (Neonatology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Locum Tenens Neonatologist needed in central New Jersey starting ASAP. Patients seen will be between 6 and 12. Schedule is 12 or 24 hour shifts. Give Staff Care a call today for more information.
Specializing in the care of newborn infants, a neonatologist(locum tenens) is often tasked with providing diagnoses and treatments to infants with birth defects and life-threatening illnesses. In order to become licensed as a neonatologist, a physician must first complete a residency in general pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in neonatology. These physicians provide a wide range of treatments for their patients, and often work with them for long periods of time, as in the case of premature birth.
