Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is offering a unique opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated, team-oriented group. You will provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment located in the beautiful and family-friendly community of Henderson, Nevada.

Where You'll Practice:

• St. Rose Siena Campus:
  • 26-bed Level III NICU
  • Average daily census of 22
• St. Rose San Martin Campus:
  • 6-bed Level II NICU
  • Average daily census of 3
  • More intimate care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in both NICU environments.
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Lead teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Work alongside a skilled nursing team in a supportive, collegial environment.
• Engage in flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
• Serve a rapidly growing, vibrant community with outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Valid Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates meeting certification requirements.
• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
• Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.
• Must reside within the immediate local area.
