Job Opportunity: Neonatologist

Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is excited to welcome a BC/BE Neonatologist to our passionate and dedicated team. Join us in providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU located in the beautiful, family-friendly community of Henderson, Nevada.

About the Facility

• St. Rose Siena Campus:
  • 26-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 22
• St. Rose San Martin Campus:
  • 6-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3, providing a more intimate care setting

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in our Level III and Level II NICUs.
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Work alongside a skilled nursing team in a supportive environment.
• Engage in flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• NV medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
• Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements.

License and Certification Requirements

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
• Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.
• NV medical license or willingness to obtain NV license.
