Neonatology Locums Physician, California - Level III NICU and No Call
Neonatology assignment available in California, near Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT).
Highlights
- Level III NICU; ADC 13-15, no call required
- Day or night shifts available; 12-hour blocks
- Long-term locums; 7 shifts/month minimum
Practice Setting
- Inpatient Level III NICU, no NNPs
- Pediatric Cardiology and MFM on-site
- Transfers to nearby Level IV NICU as needed (45 minutes)
- Cerner charting
Schedule
- 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts
- Must commit to 7 shifts/month or 2-week blocks
- Steady need with 43 shifts/month total across the team
Cases and Procedures
- Prematurity, RDS, BPD, PPHN
- Intubation, ventilation (including HFOV)
- UAC/UVC and PICC line placement
Requirements
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Active California license and PALS
