Job Opportunity: Neonatologist in Las Vegas, NV

Join an established neonatology practice in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV, where you will have the opportunity to work at two prominent hospitals: Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. This practice is part of one of the nation’s leading providers of specialized health care for women, babies, and children, offering a dynamic environment that promotes multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care in our newly established neonatology practice.
  • Collaborate with various pediatric subspecialists to determine the best treatment options for newborns.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and services in a level III NICU environment.
  • Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) opportunities.
  • Engage in on-call and weekend schedules, to be discussed during the interview process.
  • Open to new Fellow graduate candidates through 2025 and visa candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Pediatrics.
  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
  • Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start).
  • Clean malpractice and license history preferred.
  • Eligible for visa support (J1 or H1B) if needed.
  • DEA and CSR/CDS required prior to start.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Pediatrics (Required)
  • Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (Required)
  • Nevada Medical License (Required)
  • DEA (Required)
  • CSR/CDS (Required)
