Perm - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - MD/DO

Permanent Position: Physician - Neonatology in Las Vegas, NV

Join a distinguished practice in the largest and most comprehensive children's hospital in Nevada! We are seeking additional Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologists to become part of our team at a renowned facility in Las Vegas. Our practice is committed to delivering the highest level of care, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and care for patients in a 72-bed, Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 60.
• Utilize advanced neonatal services including ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, and total body cooling.
• Collaborate with a dedicated transport program and resuscitation team for patient support.
• Work alongside a full range of pediatric subspecialties and surgical support.
• Involve in a busy cardiovascular surgery program as well as general surgery.
• Participate in teaching opportunities, including resident education associated with the academic affiliation.
• Adhere to shared clinical practice guidelines to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Must obtain or hold a Nevada medical license.
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within the last 30 days).
• Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start).
• Willingness to support visa arrangements if necessary (J1 or H1B).
• Applicant must have a current DEA and CSR/CDS before starting.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Nevada medical license (or willing to obtain).
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start).
