Job Opportunity: Neonatologist
Join a dynamic team of 16 Neonatologists and 8 NNPs at a well-established practice located in the beautiful suburbs of Las Vegas, Nevada. This facility boasts a 52-bed, Level-III NICU at Summerlin Hospital and provides services at multiple area hospitals, collectively handling approximately 1,700 annual admissions and over 10,000 births yearly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care as a BC/BE Neonatologist in a collaborative team setting.
- Participate in 24-hour shifts and in-house on-call rotations.
- Rotate among four hospitals, each with a Level-III NICU.
- Utilize services including iNO, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling.
- Engage in active transport programs and collaborate with perinatal and pediatric subspecialities.
- Contribute to robust Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) and research programs.
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licenses.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with pediatric subspecialty and surgical support preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
Licensing and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Clean malpractice license history (highly preferred).
- DEA registration must be obtained prior to start.
- CSR/CDS registration must be obtained prior to start.
