StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $450000.00

  • Opportunity HighlightsReadymade Practice Day 1- take over for a neonatologist who is retiring this year.
  • The largest NICU in between St. Louis and Memphis. They have a 0% NEC Rate and 0% ROP Rate.
  • Work schedule is typically 3-4 days on, 7 off. There are other experienced neonatologist you'll be able to work directly with who have been with the hospital for 15+ years.
  • Ability to pay off 100% of your student loans (up to $400,000 offered for loan forgiveness).
  • Largest and most trusted neonatal group between Memphis and Saint Louis.
  • Level III NICU with 36 beds and a total of 18 rooms. There are 20 adult ICU beds. Over the last 3 years they have averaged 223 admissions a year to the NICU and the facility delivers an average of 1150 babies annually. The average daily census over the past 12 months has been an average of 12 patients a day.
  • Electronic Health Record: EPIC
  • The NICU is made up of a multidisciplinary team that consists of Neonatologists, 24-7 in-house coverage by neonatal nurse practitioners, NICU nurses, NICU Administrative Partners, Neonatal Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Lactation Consultants, Social Workers, Discharge Coordinator, as well as the Maternal Child Director of Nursing and Patient Care Manager who both have extensive NICU experience. This is one the best managed NICU's in the entire State.
