Seeking a Board-Certified OB/Gyn with leadership experience. OB/GYN physicians serve as faculty for the Creighton OB/GYN integrated residency hosted at two hospitals. The OB/GYN outpatient clinic is a primary resident rotation/teaching site.

The incumbent’s primary role will be as a member of teaching faculty within the OB/GYN department. This is a full scope OB/GYN practice inclusive of:

• Serving as OB/GYN faculty for the residency
• Outpatient clinic
• Surgical service
• Deliveries

Clinic provides full spectrum care in obstetrics and gynecology serving 25,000 visits of patients annually. We serve a diverse population with subspecialty clinics in gyn oncology, urogynecology, colposcopy and high-risk obstetrics.

As Medical Director of the OB/GYN outpatient clinic the incumbent will be responsible for oversite of day-to-day clinic operations and will work in a dyad role with the clinic manager. Duties include:

• Ensure sufficient staffing to provide clinical services (physicians/APP’s)
• Ensure learner’s rotations (residents/medical students) are staffed by OB/Gyn faculty to facilitate an effective teaching/education experience.
• Work closely with Clinic Manager (non-clinical leader) to address/remedy any operations issues as they arise.
