Job Specifics:
- Responsibilities include pre-employment, workers compensation, and DOT physicals along with treatment of work-related injuries, independent medical exams, workplace evaluations, employee health, and travel medicine
- Existing program has 15 Advanced Practice Providers that work out of 7 locations in the Milwaukee suburban area
- Current active client base exceeds 800 companies
- Future development includes plans for additional Population Health Management Programs
- Care team includes board certified physicians, certified occupational health nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, occupational therapists, and wellness coaches
- Excellent quality of life with no weekends or call
- Annual salary that does not expire or drop to full production
