This non-profit, community mental health center is seeking a Medical Director, who is also a working Adult Psychiatrist, to join and lead this very cohesive team. A full range of services are provided including outpatient and inpatient psychiatric hospital services/substance abuse rehabilitation, crisis support, peer groups and more. You will be an integral part of the executive leadership team enhancing what is in place and shaping the future of the organization. • We are seeking approximately 5 years of prior leadership experience of Medical Providers and APP’s in the behavioral health arena
• Patient-centered care approach is paramount in guiding how we help our members in our programs. Medical Director duties include, but are not limited to, duties as President of the Medical Staff, developing new initiatives, staff development, assuring accountability in all aspects of our practices and community relations as the face of the organization.
• Opportunity to mentor with 3rd year medical students and in the future, Family Medicine residents
• Employed position with 16-20 hours of directorship responsibilities and 20 hours of direct patient care with mentoring provided and patients ready to be seen

• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree
• Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and able to obtain an AZ Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card and have an AZ medical license
