Job Description

Medical Director needed in Eugene, Oregon. The primary focus of the Medical Director is to provide individualized rehabilitation services in an interdisciplinary team setting.

Details:

• Flexible schedule of 20 hours per week
• Serve patients in need of rehabilitation services
• Form personalized care plans for patients and residents
• Work with the Program Director and clinical team to provide medical direction in accordance with policy, procedures, laws, and regulations
• Excellent support team including Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and other experts

Qualifications

• Board Certified
• Valid Oregon MD or DO license
• Experience or training needed to provide rehabilitation services
