Our client, one of the largest providers of mental health, addiction recovery, and residential services in the Westchester region, is hiring a Director of Inpatient Psychiatry. The Director of Inpatient Psychiatry will supervise two MD physicians, one nurse practitioner, as well as carry a case load of eight patients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department
- Perform Mental Status Evaluations, History and mental status exams
- Evaluate the impact of diagnosis in inpatient settings
- Full time, M-F schedule
Educational Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry
- Possess or be eligible for New York State license
Experience Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience
