A medical director of psychiatry opportunity is now available in New Hampshire. This is primarily a clinical role with an administrative component. The schedule is 7 on and 7 off, and you will see an average of 16 to 19 inpatients per 11-hour shift. If hired, you will do ED consults and consults on the floor. There will be a new psychiatric residency program, so there will be an opportunity to teach and/or supervise. Candidates must have an interest in ECT, and they will send you for training if necessary. Candidates must also be board certified within five years of completing your training. They will accept 2019 residents/fellows, and can sponsor J1 visa candidates.

You will receive a competitive compensation with an additional director stipend. You will also be provided relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME with stipend, vacation, a 401K with match, comprehensive benefits package, and malpractice coverage.
