Abdominal Transplant Surgeon Director
Baylor Scott and White Health
Temple, TX
We are looking for a surgical innovator who is a fellowship trained Transplant Surgeon with leadership skills to join the largest non-profit healthcare system in Texas to lead an aggressive and innovative transplant program. The physician would be joining an expanding department of Surgery and Transplant division.
- 600+ bed, level I trauma and academic facility
- Lead an innovative and aggressive abdominal transplant program
- Growing program with 130 kidneys and 12 pancreases last year
- Experience with high risk donors is highly preferred
- General Surgery resident and medical student education on-site
- Faculty appointment commensurate with experience
- Epic EMR
The physician must be BE/BC and have, or be eligible to obtain, a license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
