Medical Director needed for 4-day work week-- $250,000 Employed
• New Rural Health Clinic adjacent to our Regional Hospital needs our first Director! If you yearn for directorship, this could be your opportunity as we are open to all levels of experience
• Gorgeous, Not-For-Profit Regional Hospital covers all benefits, malpractice, professional dues, licensure, sign-on bonus, and 403b with 3.5% match!
• Mission-driven medicine, while cliché, is a reality here. We CARE about the patients we see and the director should too! This quality of life role provides balance with an average 15 patients per day with several mid levels in the clinic seeing their own patients as well. Be a leader here!
• Mountainside housing! Live up on the mountain, looking below at the hospital and town while still living well within 15minutes of both!
• Multiple school options offer direct affiliations with the local and State Universities for college credits. Complete semesters PRIOR to completing High School!
• Snow skiing? How about Golf? Want to watch as much MLB spring training games as you can? Pick an outdoor adventure or several in this mild climate mountain state.
This Directorship role doesn’t require an MBA or years of prior directorship experience (however, both are welcomed!). It DOES require the right personality where the patient comes first, not RVU’s. “It has to come naturally” is our motto, meaning if earning potential is more important than spending extra time with some patients, this position isn’t for you.
