Position Highlights:
- Leadership + active clinical role
- Oversight of 4 primary care locations
- Lead quality improvement, provider mentorship, and operational strategy
- Phone-only call | 1:11 rotation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $200K–$260K
- Full benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- CME + dues reimbursement
Requirements
- BC/BE in IM or FM
- CPR, NPDB
- Minimum 3 years ambulatory care experience
- Leadership experience required
- Vermont license or the ability to obtain one
