Residency Receptor Locums Job in Michigan | Scheduled Clinical Hours | Beginning June 1 | Assignment #114268
Coverage Details
-- Two providers needed
-- Coverage timeframe: 12 weeks
-- Credentialing time frame: 90–120 days
Shift Description
-- Monday–Friday clinic coverage
-- Daily clinic shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-- No call requirements
-- No emergency department coverage
Requirements
-- Board certified in internal medicine
-- Michigan medical license
-- BLS (AHA) certification
-- Experience in adult and geriatric outpatient care
-- Ability to supervise internal medicine residents and clinic staff
Assignment Details
-- Clinic-based internal medicine resident clinic
-- Adult and geriatric outpatient population
-- Provider will not see their own patient panel
-- Supervising internal medicine residents and clinic staff
-- Group size: 2 physicians
-- Reason for coverage: maternity leave coverage for resident preceptor
-- Facility trauma level: Level II trauma center
-- Teaching hospital with active graduate medical education program
