Step into a premier leadership role as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director overseeing a regional MFM program in West Michigan. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership, working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment to enhance maternal and fetal outcomes across the region.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Drive program development, quality improvement, and service excellence initiatives
• Partner with administrative and clinical leadership in a dyad model
• Mentor and educate medical students and residents
• Manage clinical operations, performance metrics, and program growth
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine (Required)
• Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain (Required)
• DEA certification (Required)
• BLS & ACLS certifications (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of MFM clinical experience (Required)
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Clean malpractice history preferred
