Compensation
- Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 pay of up to $250/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Become a local partner in our Colorado region within 2-3 years*, enjoy shared responsibilities, ownership, and having a voice in local decisions. *Local partnership does not apply at select locations* Additional leadership stipend of $16.8k – $36k per year included.

About USACS
- To oversee day-to-day management of the unit
- Responsible for peer review, quality assurance, provider staffing
- Patient complaints and management of patient protocols
- To provide leadership in the operations of the unit
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine
- Previous administrative/leadership experience desirable
- Maintain active State license
