TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Jasper, Georgia.
This permanent opportunity offers outpatient-only care in a mission-driven setting serving an underserved population. The ideal candidate will bring clinical leadership experience and may be seeking a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, including physicians considering partial retirement while maintaining meaningful clinical impact.

Schedule Options:
Full-Time or Part-Time
Clinic Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
No weekend clinic hours
Full-time physicians may work five 8am–5pm days or work the late Thursday and take an afternoon off
Part-time schedule flexible (3–5 days per week)
Lunch break provided
No telehealth
Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care services (20–25 patients per day)
Patient population: All ages
Ability to tailor panel based on comfort, though preferred to see broad patient mix
Serve as Supervising Physician for mid-level providers
Provide clinical oversight and leadership within team-based environment
Available for clinical consultation if mid-level providers have questions
No call responsibilities
No weekend or holiday clinic rotation
Practice Environment

Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
Enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required
Credentialed with major payors
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
Ideal candidate may be a seasoned physician seeking leadership in a flexible capacity
Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $230,000 – $250,000
PTO - Up to 15 days PTO/sick time (accrued based on hours worked)
CME - Up to 5 days CME/$2,000 CME allowance
