Job Function:

• Need is to replace retiring doc -Busy group.
• Incoming to work out of one location only. Will take over most of patient panel for retiring pc doc.
• Would like a candidate with at least 1 year of exp. but will look at a recent grad if they are confident in working independently.
• Will look at a IM or FM - this is primary care adult medicine only
• Women's health would be welcomed.
• M-F but possibility of longer and fewer days. To be determined based off of candidate
• Call is 1:6- there are 12 pc docs but the call can get busy so, they have 2 docs on call simultaneously
• Also work 1 sat am. for 4 hrs every 5-6 weeks
• Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools
• This is value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses

Job Requirements:

• Must be BE/BC.
• IM or FM.
• NJ license required.
• Prefer experienced provider but will consider a new grad that can work independently.
