🏥 Role Overview

🔹 Administrative Leadership

• Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities

• Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical standards and programs

• Provide mentorship and guidance to medical staff

• Collaborate with facility leadership to improve quality and operational efficiency

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness efforts

• Lead interdisciplinary team collaboration

🔹 Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in post-acute and long-term care settings

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatments

• Complete documentation, regulatory forms, and progress notes timely

• Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and disease management

✅ Qualifications

✔ MD / DO / MBBS
✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

• Internal Medicine

• Family Medicine

• Geriatric Medicine

• General Practice

• Other relevant specialties considered

✔ Eligible for unrestricted medical license in one of the following states:

• Washington

• Alaska

• Oregon

• Montana

✔ DEA license and NPI
✔ Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
✔ U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
