A rapidly expanding, physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to provide leadership and clinical care across skilled nursing and post-acute facilities in multiple locations across Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and Montana.

๐Ÿฅ Role Overview

๐Ÿ”น Administrative Leadership

  • Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities

  • Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical standards and programs

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to medical staff

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to improve quality and operational efficiency

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness efforts

  • Lead interdisciplinary team collaboration

๐Ÿ”น Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in post-acute and long-term care settings

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans

  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

  • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatments

  • Complete documentation, regulatory forms, and progress notes timely

  • Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and disease management

โœ… Qualifications

โœ” MD / DO / MBBS
โœ” Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

  • Internal Medicine

  • Family Medicine

  • Geriatric Medicine

  • General Practice

  • Other relevant specialties considered

โœ” Eligible for unrestricted medical license in one of the following states:

  • Washington

  • Alaska

  • Oregon

  • Montana

โœ” DEA license and NPI
โœ” Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
โœ” U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
