🔹 Role Responsibilities

🩺 Provide direct patient care within assigned facilities
👨‍⚕️ Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical quality, standards, and compliance
📋 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and proper documentation
🤝 Lead and mentor NPs, PAs, and clinical staff
📊 Drive quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
📝 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

🔹 Qualifications

✔️ MD or DO
✔️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
✔️ Active or eligible Oregon medical license
✔️ Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
✔️ Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
