We are seeking a passionate, outcomes-driven RN executive to serve as Nursing Director of Clinical Services for a multi-site dialysis division.

This is not a facility-level role. This is regional, strategic leadership designed for a senior nurse executive who:

Clinical Strategy & Execution

• Set and execute the division’s clinical vision in partnership with senior operational leadership

• Drive measurable improvements in quality metrics, hospitalization reduction, safety indicators, and regulatory performance

• Identify clinical outliers and implement structured performance improvement plans

• Align quality initiatives with operational and financial goals

You are accountable for results — not just activity.

Multi-Clinic Oversight

• Oversee clinical performance across multiple dialysis sites

• Travel regionally (up to 50%) to ensure visibility, consistency, and support

• Maintain 2–3 days per week on-site presence to reinforce standards and support leaders

• Ensure regulatory readiness and clinical excellence across all locations

Managing Managers & Leadership Development

• Directly coach and develop Clinical Services Managers

• Strengthen leadership accountability and performance management

• Address underperformance with clarity and support

• Build succession plans and elevate emerging leaders

• Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RN license

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field

• 8–10+ years clinical experience

• 4+ years progressive leadership experience

• Multi-site or regional oversight experience

• Experience managing managers

• Demonstrated success improving clinical quality metrics

• Strong regulatory and patient safety knowledge

• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)

Compensation & Executive Benefits

Salary: $140,000–$155,000
