Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $210,000 - $230,000
- Student loan repayment up to $75,000
- 401(k) with 3% match
- $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 days
- 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 3 personal days, and 9 holidays
- Life insurance (1.5x salary), Short-term and Long-term disability
