Medical Director (MD/DO)
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Compensation: $250,000–$280,000+ annually, plus productivity bonuses

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary: $250,000–$280,000+
• Annual productivity bonus: $87 per encounter
• Health insurance: 70% employer-paid + 75% of out-of-pocket medical costs covered
• Dental & vision coverage: approx. $194/year
• PTO: 3 weeks in year one, plus 7 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday)
• Retirement: 403(b) and IRA with 4% employer match, fully vested after 4 years
• CME: $500 annual allowance
• Life insurance: $100,000 employer-paid
• Short- and long-term disability: 100% employer-paid
• Malpractice: FTCA coverage

What You’ll Do
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Supervise and support 3 Nurse Practitioners; collaborate closely with 3 physicians
• Deliver direct patient care (ideal: 20 clinical hours per week; flexible for full-time schedules)
• Champion quality initiatives, clinical best practices, and compliance standards
• Guide provider onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing performance development
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate on strategic systemwide decisions
• Integrate behavioral and primary care approaches in a team-based model
• Must be willing to obtain MAT certification (training supported)

What We’re Looking For
• MD/DO licensed or eligible in Wisconsin
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must certify within one year)
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; leadership experience preferred
• Current or eligible DEA
• Ability to supervise APPs
