Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $215,000 to $230,000 for clinical duties
- $150/hour for administrative time (one day per week)

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient-only primary care services (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics)
- See a minimum of 14 patients per day
- Oversee approximately 15 clinical providers
- Supervise mid-level providers and collaborate on clinical operations
- Serve as administrative lead one day per week (80% clinical, 20% admin)
- Oversee the substance use disorder program
- Lead efforts to reduce open encounters and improve EMR documentation (Greenway system)
- Collaborate with administrative leadership on efficiency and clinical quality initiatives
- Support underserved populations with high Medicaid usage
Requirements
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- At least 10 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities (formal leadership experience not required)
- Comfortable with both clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Commitment to working with underserved populations
