This is a full-time, employed position with the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

WCS Healthcare is seeking an Outpatient Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) Physician for a well-established practice along the central coast of Connecticut. This is a full-time, employed position with the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
Compensation : $240000 - $260000 Job ID : 42315
Job Function:
- Join a team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Replace a physician who is retiring.
- Shared call among all providers with a rotation of 1:6
- Outpatient care only, working from one clinic location, with no weekends required.
- 36 clinical hours per week, with flexibility to choose between working 4 or 5 days to complete the weekly hours.
- Manage 15-18 patients per day, with dedicated time for patient interactions (45 minutes for physicals, 30 minutes for annual exams, and 15 minutes for check-ups).
- Each provider has their own office and exam rooms, supported by 1 to 1.5 Medical Assistants (MAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Job Requirements:
- Will look at an IM or FM for adult med only.
- Must be BC or BE (new grad scheduled for boards).
- CT license is required.
