This key clinical executive drives the highest standards of patient care, fosters a collaborative provider culture, and leads innovative quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
ELFHCC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) whose focus is people who are uninsured, underinsured, and often experience difficulty accessing health care.

Job Responsibilities
Align clinical teams through strategic communication and mentorship
Lead the development of care protocols and quality standards
Oversee compliance with FQHC regulations and federal/state mandates
Identify growth opportunities and improve care delivery models
Represent ELFHCC externally and foster community relationships
Guide internal quality initiatives to boost patient outcomes
Ensure seamless coordination across departments and teams
Serve as a liaison between administration and clinical staff
Qualifications
MD/DO with valid licensure
8+ years of medical practice experience
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
Preferred:
Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration
Skills
Capable of adapting expertise to varied and complex situations
Skilled in collaborative leadership and interdepartmental partnerships
