Position Summary:
As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, guiding quality improvement initiatives, mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers, and helping to shape the future growth of our cardiology program across multiple sites. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and clinical responsibilities, with protected time for leadership duties. This position is an outpatient-focused private practice model with hospital rounding responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Board-certified in Cardiology (General or Subspecialty)
Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience (preferred)
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of clinical operations, quality improvement, and performance management
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in multi-site or system-level leadership (preferred)
