Overview
Leadership-focused OB/GYN opportunity combining full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership responsibilities within a growing women’s health service line.
Practice Highlights
• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including clinic, surgery, and deliveries
• Deliver at a Level II NICU facility with ~1,600 deliveries annually
• Lead program development and strategic growth for women’s health services
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
• Work alongside certified nurse-midwives with MFM support
• Balanced Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated administrative leadership time
• Call rotation: 1 in 6
• Not accepting Locum candidates
• 1099 candidates NOT accepted
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience – REQUIRED
• Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED
• Leadership or administrative experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice and license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Visa sponsorship NOT available (No J1 / No H1B)
Schedule & Coverage
• Full-time clinical and leadership role
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Dedicated administrative time
• Shared call: 1:6 rotation
