Overview

Permanent leadership opportunity for an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director, providing clinical and strategic oversight of a growing high-risk obstetrics service line within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Practice Highlights

Medical Director role providing physician leadership and oversight for the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line
• Dyad leadership model collaborating with administrative and clinical leadership
• Oversight of complex, high-risk maternal fetal cases
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and specialists
• Responsibility for program quality, service excellence, engagement, stewardship, and financial performance
• Opportunities for program development and expansion
• Education and mentorship of medical students and residents

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine – REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine practice experience (post-training) – REQUIRED
Not accepting new graduate candidates
2+ years of leadership experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice history – PREFERRED
• Active MI license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
• DEA, BLS, ACLS (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
Not accepting candidates with lapsed Board Certification
Not accepting Locums candidates
Visa support: H1B accepted | J1 NOT accepted
