An established private multi-specialty group is seeking an Oncologist to join their team following a physician’s retirement. This is an employed position offering a competitive salary, transitioning into a productivity-based model with the opportunity for shareholder status.
Job Description:
Compensation : $395000 - $410000 Job ID : 34910
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- Need is due to retirement of Oncologist.
- Join 5 Oncologists with one of them retiring in late 2025 or early 2026.
- 4 day work week and all Oncologists work 4 days a week.
- 95% outpatient and maybe 5% inpatient.
- Call is 1:10 with other Oncologists in the community.
- Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools.
- Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses.
- Clinics have all ancillaries, lab, injectables, free standing infusion and med pharmacy for oral meds.
Job Requirements:
- Must be BE/BC in Oncology.
- NJ license required.
- Will consider either new grad or experienced provider.
