Oncologists needed for beautiful Hudson Valley community practice affiliated with a hospital. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Job Description:


Compensation : $350000 - $400000 Job ID : 31064

Job Function:

  • Brand new office location, referrals will come from existing primary care physicians.
  • New specialty for the group, going to build up and want to hire two physicians to build the practice.
  • Center has state of the art infusion center.
  • Support from radiation oncology, imaging, pain management and palliative care to begin building oncology center.
  • 100% outpatient ambulatory practice model, some hospital consults (5 min from office).
  • Hospital has partnership with academic institution and IM residents so involvement exists for collaboration.
  • Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.

Job Requirements:

  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
  • Training in Oncology or Hematology Oncology to be considered.
  • New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.
