A well-established pathology group in the Newburgh, NY region is seeking a full-time Pathologist with a strong interest in breast pathology. Primary responsibilities include interpreting surgical pathology specimens, with a focus on breast cases, and contributing to high-quality diagnostic services for a major cancer referral center. Job Description:


Compensation : $345000 - $425000 Job ID : 38282

Job Function:

  • Collaborate with a large, multi-specialty team of pathologists to support a high-volume diagnostic practice.

  • Review and interpret approximately 50,000 surgical pathology cases annually, as part of a broader testing volume of over 4 million tests per year.

  • Support a major cancer institute with complex case referrals and high-acuity diagnostics.

  • Utilize expertise in anatomic and clinical pathology; board certification in both is required.

  • subspecialty knowledge, with a strong preference for candidates with fellowship training in breast pathology.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be BC in Pathology.

  • Fellowship preferred.
  • NY license required.
